Morgans is one of the biggest legal aid providers in Wales, and it is probably the fastest growing as well. We have provided legal services in family, social welfare law (welfare benefits, housing and debt) and are developing into new areas of law all the time, including employment.

Whilst Morgans has grown from small beginnings, in Ely in Cardiff, into the expanding firm it is today with a presence across south Wales, it has stuck to the principles which led Roy Morgan to set up business on his own in the first place. What has become known as “Morgans Way” puts the client at the centre of all that we do, and ensures that we leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of justice and a satisfactory conclusion for our clients in every case. We may not win every time, but our clients know that if we don’t, no-one could have tried harder on their behalf. In order to provide the high quality, comprehensive and holistic service required we ensure all our staff are fully trained and willing to go the extra mile in the promotion of their civil and human rights.

Whilst our principles are unchanging both the structure and locations of Morgans are ever-changing in order to best meet the changing needs of our time. With offices currently in Cardiff, Sketty, and Haverfordwest. Morgans is seeking to expand its geographic coverage to become more accessible to those communities in Wales who find it hardest to access legal services. We are also exploring ways of working with other legal firms which will enhance the services we can provide for our client.
