Morgans has a well established Civil Litigation Department with Mr Aled Davies heading the team.
 
Our Civil Litigation Team's professionalism is reflected in our attitude to the work undertaken on behalf of our clients. Whilst we adopt a friendly and understanding approach to our clients, we pride ourselves on striving to maintain our high standards and providing an efficient and effective service which in turn provides excellent results for our clients.
 
We are based at our Elgin House office on St Mary Street Cardiff, however, we are able to meet with clients at our other offices in Ely and Swansea.

Department Personnel

Aled Rhys Davies joined the firm in 2005 and is Head of the Civil Litigation Department. He is a member of the Business Management Team and his duties include acting as supervisor/ peer reviewer as well as undertaking casework specialising in personal injury as well as general and commercial litigation to include dispute resolution. Aled has extensive experience in Civil and Commercial Litigation both pre and post qualification in 2000 having worked in the Public and Private sectors. He is also a Master of Laws in Law (Commercial Law).
