Help at the Crown Court
We have a Crown Court Department dealing exclusively with your case once it reaches the Crown Court. Our depth of service is unrivalled and we will prepare your defence meticulously selecting only the best Barristers to conduct your case.
If your case requires forensic or expert evidence we instruct only the most reputable in their field which is usually funded at no cost to you.
Usually, more serious cases progress from the Magistrates Court to the Crown Court and you will already have been dealt with by a member of our Magistrates Court Team. However, if you have appeared before the Magistrates Court and you were convicted or sentenced too heavily, we can help you appeal to the Crown Court.
If you wish to appeal a Crown Court conviction or sentence we have a wealth of experience of cases considered by the Court of Appeal.
The cost of representation will usually be free in the Crown Court. However, if your case is not once covered by public funding, we can advise you of our fees and liaise with Barristers about their fees.
