We strive to reach the best resolution possible in each individual case, and will always give you realistic advice about your options.

Department Personnel
The Family Department at Morgans boasts a wealth of expert experience to assist clients in all family related matters. The department is headed by Vicky Walker who has over twelve years post qualification experience. Vicky is a member of Resolution and the Law Society Children’s Panel and specialises in children work, particularly child care issues involving Social Services.
Vicky is based in the Central Cardiff office at Elgin House, St Mary Street, along with her team of four qualified solicitors and one paralegal.
The Divorce and Finance team at Elgin House is headed by Rachel Davies, who is a member of the Law Society Family Panel and Advanced Family Panel.
The Family Department also has another team based at Wilson Road, Ely, which is headed by Lyn Howell. Lyn is a member of the Law Society Family Panel and Advanced Family Panel and is assisted by another qualified solicitor.
The Department has recently expanded into our Swansea office and there are plans to expand into other areas of Wales.
