Divorce and Finances Advice Pack - only £275 plus VAT

If you are facing the prospects of divorce proceedings or the dissolution of your civil partnership, you can come in to see us for an appointment and obtain advice on your situation as well as receiving a pack to take away with you.  The advice given will be specific to you and your situation.  The pack will contain all the forms you will need for the divorce, and a step-by-step guide on how to complete each one.

The advice you receive in the appointment and the pack of forms and guides will be provided for a one-off fee of £275 plus VAT.

As well as advising you before you commence proceedings, Morgans are also happy to assist you on a bespoke basis during the divorce, if you feel that you need further assistance.  Therefore, if you decide to represent yourself but want specific advice at a particular stage, we are happy to meet with you and advise you further, as and when you require.
