Our Property and Estates Department offers a range of services for both private and commercial clients.

The department is based in both our Cardiff and Sketty branches but we also visit our other offices regularly and can make appointments at those locations for your convenience. We are also happy to undertake home visits if necessary.

Department Personnel

Philippa Thomas is head of the Property and Estates Department. Philippa is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has over 30 years' experience in this area of the law.

Gillian Lloyd-Williams is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. She specialises in Wills and Probate law.

Gareth Milne is a legal assistant. He specialises in Property law and is based in our Sketty branch.
