Our Property and Private Client Department offers a range of services for both private and commercial clients.

This department is based in our Elgin House office in Cardiff but we are able to meet with clients at our other offices and are happy to undertake home visits when the need arises.

Department Personnel

Philippa Thomas is head of the Property and Private Client Department. Philippa is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has over 30 years' experience in this area of the law.

Timothy Lucas qualified as a solicitor on 1st August 2008 and specialises in both residential and property law.

Gillian Lloyd-Williams is currently studying through the Institute of Legal Executives. She works as a legal assistant supporting Philippa and Timothy and specialises in Wills and Probate law.
