Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)

From 21 May 2010 the UK Government suspended the requirement to provide a Home Information Pack (HIP) when putting a property on the market for sale pending further legislation. However, an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is still required.

Morgans can arrange for an assessor to visit your home to prepare an EPC and as soon as the order has been placed your property can start to be marketed.
