Fixed Price Services

Here at Morgans, we are dedicated to providing as much help as possible to our clients. We understand that individuals need access to quality legal services which meet their needs, but which don't always have to be expensive.

We understand that some cases just need a straightforward resolution.

Morgans have a specialist Family Law team.  If you choose to undertake our services, you will be dealt with by a qualified Family lawyer and the price you pay will be fixed, unless your matter is complicated or unless you wish to undertake our bespoke service.

We confirm that the following packages are available:-

"Do It Yourself" Divorce - £85.00 + VAT and disbursements

If you choose this package, we confirm that we will provide the Court forms required for you to apply for your divorce.  Your pack will include the petition and forms to finalise your divorce.  We confirm that we will also include guidance on the completion of the Court form.

Simple Divorce - £199.00 + VAT and disbursements

If you choose this service, we will provide the same as the "Do It Yourself" divorce above, however, we will also provide you with one hour's advice, together with a letter confirming that advice to you in writing.

Managed Divorce - £550.00 + VAT and disbursements

We will assist you through a simple divorce with advice and assistance on the completion of the Court forms throughout the process.  This will also include advice in relation to straightforward financial issues.  We will confirm instructions and advice in writing to you.

Bespoke Divorce – hourly fee rates between £140.00 per hour and £195.00 per hour, + VAT and disbursements

If you choose this package, we will provide advice and assistance on all aspects of divorce and financial issues, including assistance with completion of Court forms and applications.  This will be of use when there are complex financial issues.

"Bolt On" Clean Break Consent Order – £200.00 + VAT

This is a "clean break" financial consent order.  It will mean that neither you nor your husband/wife will have any future financial comeback.  This can be used in conjunction with the Simple Divorce.
