Training Academy

At Morgans, we believe passionately in training and developing our staff to enable them to develop their knowledge and skills to provide high quality legal advice to our clients.

The Training Academy is headed by Carolyn Goodall, an Associate of the Firm and a qualified solicitor with over twenty years experience of training and development.

Morgans has also provided training across Wales in the areas of debt, welfare benefits and housing as part of its Wales Specialist Support Service contract, which Morgans has held with the Legal Services Commission since 2002.

As a law firm, Morgans’ specialist staff have considerable experience in designing, writing and delivering tailored training courses in a wide range of topics including legal, management and skills based training.
