Advising Debt Clients with Mental Health IssuesAn
increasing number of debtors suffer from mental health problems.
This half day course assists advisors to deal effectively with these
vulnerable
clients, using information and resources available for this specific
purpose.
This one day course is intended to help family practitioners and others involved in the area of relationship breakdown to gain an awareness of the debt, welfare benefit and housing consequences of their clients' situation.
This one day course is aimed at housing association staff who attend court hearings, including rent possession cases. It will provide delegates with the knowledge and skills to enable them to carry out their own court appointments with confidence!
This one day course will enable delegates to understand how the homelessness legislation works in practice and its implications for their clients.
